Support

MFS subscriptions are free and will continue to be free for as long as I can offer this.

I realize that all my readers have other, more important, demands for their money and time, so I want to make it as easy as possible to access my work.

The best way to support MFS (and me as a writer) is simply to subscribe to MFS, read the stories, be active by leaving reviews and comments, share posts on social media and Substack, and buy my books on Amazon.

Please note that as an Amazon Associate I earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Out of respect for my readers, I don’t use affiliate promotions frequently on MFS. If I do, I’ll identify all paid links on my site and posts for which I may earn a commission.

Me

I want to build a community around fellow writers & readers. I won a short story award from the State University of New York and have experience as a nonfiction writer and journalist. Editors have described my fiction writing as "engaging" and "zany” with “good pacing.” Readers describe my stories as page-turners that are, on occasion, “moving.”

During my Hemingway phase

I have a variety of experiences and education that I bring to my writing: the business/economics side (I have an MBA), an understanding of technology (I’m a software engineer), and I’m a cybersecurity expert and lifelong student of martial arts.

I’m also the author of a best-selling nonfiction book (in the Medical Biotechnology Category) on Amazon: “Security Issues of Personal Medical Devices.” My book was featured in the "Error Code" Podcast by Robert Vamosi, co-author of "The Art of Invisibility."
